現(xian)在(zai)(zai)太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)路(lu)燈(deng)系(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)因(yin)為(wei)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重量(liang)輕、容量(liang)大、壽命長、性價(jia)比(bi)高等(deng)優點使用(yong)越(yue)來越(yue)廣泛,太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)路(lu)燈(deng)、太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)草(cao)坪燈(deng)、太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)庭院燈(deng)等(deng)太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)使用(yong)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)也(ye)越(yue)來越(yue)普遍,就(jiu)太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)路(lu)燈(deng)、太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)庭院燈(deng)、太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)草(cao)坪燈(deng)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作原理、鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作結構(gou)、鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優缺點等(deng)問題,筆者根據(ju)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作票實踐及(ji)有(you)關理論略作總結,僅供(gong)參考。鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)結構(gou)及(ji)構(gou)成(cheng)太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)路(lu)燈(deng)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)構(gou)成(cheng)為(wei)正(zheng)負(fu)極、電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質、隔(ge)(ge)膜以(yi)及(ji)外殼。通常有(you)兩種(zhong)外型(xing)(xing):圓柱(zhu)型(xing)(xing)和方型(xing)(xing)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)內(nei)部采用(yong)螺旋繞(rao)制結構(gou),用(yong)一種(zhong)非常精細而滲透性很強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)乙烯(xi)薄膜隔(ge)(ge)離(li)(li)材料(liao)在(zai)(zai)正(zheng)、負(fu)極間間隔(ge)(ge)而成(cheng)正(zheng)極---正(zheng)極包(bao)括由鈷(gu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(或鎳鈷(gu)錳酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、錳酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、磷酸(suan)(suan)(suan)亞鐵鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)等(deng))及(ji)鋁箔(bo)組成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)收集極,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)變成(cheng)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi),脫離(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)陽(yang)極,到(dao)達鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)離(li)(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)陰極。負(fu)極----負(fu)極由石(shi)墨(mo)化碳(tan)材料(liao)和銅箔(bo)組成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)收集極組成(cheng),材料(liao)則選(xuan)擇電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)盡(jin)可能(neng)(neng)接近鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可嵌入鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)化合(he)(he)物,如各種(zhong)碳(tan)材料(liao)包(bao)括天然(ran)石(shi)墨(mo)、合(he)(he)成(cheng)石(shi)墨(mo)、碳(tan)纖維、中(zhong)(zhong)間相小球碳(tan)素等(deng)和金屬(shu)氧化物。電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質---采用(yong)LiPF6的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)乙烯(xi)碳(tan)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)脂、丙烯(xi)碳(tan)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)脂和低粘度(du)二乙基碳(tan)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)脂等(deng)烷基碳(tan)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)脂搭配(pei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)合(he)(he)溶(rong)劑體(ti)系(xi)。隔(ge)(ge)膜---采用(yong)聚(ju)烯(xi)微多孔膜如PE、PP或它們復合(he)(he)膜,尤其(qi)是(shi)(shi)PP/PE/PP三層隔(ge)(ge)膜不僅熔(rong)點較(jiao)(jiao)低,而且(qie)具(ju)(ju)有(you)較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)穿刺強(qiang)度(du),起到(dao)了熱保險作用(yong)。外殼---采用(yong)鋼(gang)或鋁材料(liao),蓋體(ti)組件(jian)具(ju)(ju)有(you)防爆斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)。另外還裝有(you)安全閥(fa)和PTC元件(jian)(部分圓柱(zhu)式使用(yong)),以(yi)便電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)(zai)不正(zheng)常狀態及(ji)輸(shu)出短路(lu)時(shi)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)不受損壞。單(dan)(dan)節鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)3.7V(磷酸(suan)(suan)(suan)亞鐵鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)正(zheng)極的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)為(wei)3.2V),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)容量(liang)也(ye)不可能(neng)(neng)無限大,因(yin)此,常常將單(dan)(dan)節鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)進行串(chuan)、并(bing)(bing)聯處理,以(yi)滿足不同場合(he)(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。應用(yong)于太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)路(lu)燈(deng)、太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)庭院燈(deng)、太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)草(cao)坪燈(deng)等(deng)室外照明系(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)應用(yong)都是(shi)(shi)多串(chuan)多并(bing)(bing)系(xi)統。
